RTA V3/V3.1 Adjustable Rear Pod

Introducing the DAS-V3-007, our new 7075 aluminum rear pod developed specifically for RTA V3 platforms, giving racers more setup flexibility from a single rear assembly.

One of the key features is the ability to run both 98 mm and 102 mm wheelbases with the same pod. Moving to 102 mm can provide a calmer, more stable car—particularly useful on larger, faster tracks and in higher-speed classes—while 98 mm remains available when a more reactive setup is preferred.

The DAS-V3-007 also adds several practical tuning features:

• Designed specifically for RTA V3 platforms
• 98 mm & 102 mm wheelbase configurations in one pod
• Adjustable rear ride height using shims at the axle carrier
• Compatible with RTRC RT056 V3 option shims
• Standard ride height with no shims
• Add RT056 V3 shims to lower the chassis while retaining larger-diameter rear tires
• Optional axle carrier planned for setups requiring increased ride height with very small-diameter tires
• Additional clearance allowing the use of larger pinions and taller gear ratios
• Machined center reference markings to help accurately center the diff axles
• Center reference point underneath the pod, allowing the rear assembly to be balanced on two points for setup checking
• CNC machined from 7075 aluminum
• Black anodized finish

The idea behind the DAS-V3-007 is simple: one pod, more possibilities.

Wheelbase, ride height, tire diameter and gearing can all be adapted to suit the track, class and driving style—without changing the complete rear pod.
